The How are you REALLY? Check-In Cards™ were created to help reduce ambiguity and support clearer communication by offering language, structure and reflection prompts that people can engage with in their own way.
For some people, the cards may support emotional awareness and expression. Others may prefer to use them more practically — for example, to identify energy levels, stress, capacity or support needs. Some may find certain cards resonate strongly, while others may choose not to engage with particular prompts at all.
Importantly, these cards are not designed to diagnose, label or ‘fix’ anyone. They are simply a flexible tool to support clearer communication, reflection, self-awareness and connection.
