1:1 coaching is where together we dive deep into what’s holding you back and unlock the clarity you need to move forward.
It’s a space for self-reflection, growth, and actionable steps, tailored entirely to you and your goals. Drawing on my background in psychology and psychotherapy, this coaching goes beyond surface-level strategies to explore the deeper drivers of your behaviour, helping you create lasting change from the inside out.

Psychometrics
As a psychologist, I’m not a fan of putting people into boxes - I know how complex and individual we all are. But the right psychometric, used well, can be a useful lens to look through.
It helps people reflect on themselves more deeply, opening up powerful coaching conversations, and supporting more effective team development.
I’m accredited in Insights Discovery, Hogan, Emotional Intelligence, and the Leadership Development Profile (which focuses on vertical development), and I use these tools thoughtfully as part of 1:1 coaching, team development, and leadership work. The aim isn’t to label - it’s to unlock real understanding that leads to meaningful change.
