When someone asks, "What values mean the most to you?" it’s not always easy to put them into words. These cards offer a simple, practical way to pause and connect with what really drives you – the values at the heart of how you want to live and work.

On the front of each card is a value. On the back you will find:

• Simple ways to recognise how this value shows up in your life.
• Practical ideas to help you live it more fully.

They help you reconnect with what matters most, so you can make choices that reflect who you truly are.

We want you to be delighted with your What Are Your VALUES? Check-in cards. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the card sets must be returned to us in a saleable condition. This means the packaging must be intact, and the cards themselves must be unused and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact jane@flowconsulting.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned card sets and verify that they are in saleable condition, your refund will be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

We ship all national orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
